You Will Be Mine Chapter 2: Attraction

Vincent was staring at you again. You knew that just by looking at him from the corner of your eye. His intense stare always made you feel more self-conscious and uncomfortable. Why he always looked at you was beyond your comprehension. You were just an ordinary girl. Nothing more--or less.


You recalled the time when Tifa hired you, and later on that night, introduced you to Vincent. At first sight, you thought he was a vampire.

Later on that night, you shyly walked up to him and introduced yourself. He said very little, other than saying his name and all, and he kept staring at you.


He did intrigue you though. Not only because of his unusual attire, but because of his aura of mysteriousness. He was so aloof, but that aura of his was like a magnet. It seemed to just pull you in, no matter how hard you tried to fight it.


You, however, thought he was very attractive man. He had flawless features, long raven hair, and ruby eyes that seemed to see directly into your soul. Although he was an intimidating man. And from what you could tell, he seemed to be the kind of person to keep to themselves and a loner.


The strange thing was that whenever he looked at you, your body started to feel like it was on fire, and shivers ran up your spine. It was a very odd feeling to you. But what made it even stranger was that you...actually LIKED it.


With a sigh, you continued to help Tifa by serving drinks at the bar. And all the time you served, you saw Vincent in his corner staring at you. You would think that once you made eye contact with him or look back at him, he would look away. But no, he would just continue to stare.


What was it that he found so interesting in you? Or maybe it was your eyes just playing tricks on you.
